Today marks a significant milestone for Abodoo™. We are honoured to announce that Sandra Murtagh, one of the most respected enterprise workforce transformation leaders in the world, is joining the Abodoo Board as a Non-Executive Director.
Sandra spent more than 30 years at Dell Technologies, most recently serving as Vice President of Global Learning & Development for Sales & Corporate Services. In that role, she led capability transformation across 78,000 employees globally, built AI enabled workforce strategies that delivered over $1.5 billion in commercial impact, and positioned Learning & Development not as a support function, but as a measurable driver of commercial performance.
Her decision to join the Abodoo Board signals something important: the organisations that will win in the AI economy are those that treat skills intelligence as a strategic imperative, not an HR initiative.
