Simon joins Abodoo following an exceptional 28 year career at Microsoft, most recently serving as Chief Learning Officer for Microsoft UK. During his tenure, he led one of the largest AI skilling initiatives ever delivered, helping organisations and individuals prepare for an AI powered future of work. His work contributed to a Guinness World Record recognised AI learning event and established him as one of the leading voices in enterprise learning and workforce transformation.

Today, Simon advises organisations on AI adoption, workforce capability, learning transformation and the future of work, helping leaders build more agile, skills driven organisations. His expertise aligns directly with Abodoo's mission to help enterprises see, understand and activate workforce skills at scale.
